Colleen Miller Foland is a life member of Corn Palace VFW Auxiliary #2750, Mitchell S.D.  She joined under her father Edward S. Miller, a Korean Boots on Ground Veteran.

As Department President, she has served in all the department offices including Sr. Vice President, Jr. Vice President, Chaplain, Conductress and Guard.

In addition, Colleen is District 7 Sr. Vice President and Past District 7 President, Chaplain, Conductress and Guard.

She is currently Corn Palace VFW Auxiliary #2750 Sr. Vice President and Mentor. Past Mitchell President and mentor.

Chairmanships on the Department level include past Veterans and Family Support and Historian/Media Relations. Auxiliary Chairmanships include Veterans and Family Support, Historian/Media Relations.

She serves on Mitchell’s Servicemen Veterans Cemetery Board where she is past Secretary.

I love serving veterans, families and Community. I volunteer at my local church and at community events in Plankinton and Mitchell S.D.

I look forward to the year ahead and traveling throughout the state with my husband Mike as my official driver to visit auxiliaries and VA facilities.
